MEDITATION:

close your eyes

take a slow  deep breath, exhale slowly, then do this

  • Inhale and imagine the number THREE
  • Exhale and Relax Your Body
  • Inhale and imagine the number TWO
  • Exhale and Relax Your Mind
  • Inhale and imagine the number ONE
  • Exhale and Relax Deeper and Deeper

It really is, that simple!

Of course in session we add in a few bits and pieces to enhance this exercise, but it really is something you can do, on your own, and take it with you, wherever you go!
