Juicing Cleanse Detox Diet

When clients come to me for weight loss, I always tell them the famous Bandler quote (Richard Bandler was the main co-founder of NLP).

The Bandler quote: ” If you really just wanted to lose weight, we could chop your arm off!  You would lose about 10 punds right now!  So what you really want is not to lose weight, you want something else!”

Of course, this is Bandler’s typical humorous way of getting to the heart of the matter.  Which is why I removed weight loss from my list of services, and added other topics like healthy lifestyle and emotional well-being.

Usually when people want to lose weight, what they really want is to:

Feel Good
Feel More Energetic
Be More Successful
Boost Confidence
Develop a Strong Inner Belief in Self

When it comes to diet, and healthy eating, I have found many people do not yet understand what true healthy habits are all about.  My best recommendation to get back on track is to do a natural detox juicing cleanse.

Even a simple 3 day juicing cleanse will reduce cravings for sugar, chocolate, and other food cravings, and help your body absorb nutrients more easily, so you feel satisfied sooner, without overeating.
