Q. What should I expect in an office session? 

You will be sitting in a comfortable office with the practitioner.  On the first visit you may answer a few questions about your goals, and what you would like to achieve.  As you go into hypnosis, you can sit back and relax, as the Hypnotist leads you on an imaginative journey, much like listening to a story.  As you participate in NLP exercises to make the change you desire, you may sit or sometimes stand or move about, and involve your imagination as we re-program your unconscious to begin the work to reach your goals now.


Q. How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions depends upon the person, the goal, and how close or far away you are from the goal. It also depends if you are coming in for Hypnosis, NLP or Coaching. Studies reveal that issues with hypnosis are usually resolved in 5 to 6 sessions. Coaching clients typically come longer to deal with multiple issues, or because they want support to stay on track. We will evaluate the number of sessions when you come to your first visit.


Q. How long is each session?

Initial Intake Session lasts 90 minutes. Follow up sessions are up to one
hour. Some exceptions apply, such as Stop Smoking sessions, which typically run two hours.

Q. What is NLP?

NLP (Neuro-Linquistic Programming) is an elegant set of tools which allows you to change, adopt or eliminate behaviors, and gives you the ability to choose your mental, emotional, and physical states of well-being.

NLP provides the key to unlock the resources you have within, reaching through to your subconscious, using simple and fun exercises, to accomplish the change you desire.

NLP delivers the results you want quickly - in just a few sessions rather than months or years.  Science Digest describes NLP as "the most powerful vehicle for change in existence."


Q. What is Reiki?

Reiki is an ancient Asian energy therapy. It utilizes the Universal Life Force Energy, or spiritual healing energy, for relieving mental, emotional, and physical disturbances. It can be done in-person or from long distance.


Q. What is coaching?

Coaching is a process where you and your coach create a mini-mastermind group. Your coach mirrors back your inner strengths and weaknesses that may be invisible to you, along with offering tools for positive change. Coaching sessions may include hypnosis, NLP, or what appears to be a simple conversation, but is actually utilizing the tools of hypnotic metaphor and Neuro-Linguistic Programming to help you find solutions to problems, using the resources you already have inside.


Q. What is Timeline Regression Therapy?

Timeline Regression is a wonderful technique that combines NLP and Hypnosis in an experience that allows you to revisit and heal issues from the past that may be blocking you today. Past conflicts can create obstacles in your life, until they are resolved.  Timeline allows you to do this easily and effectively.

Timeline Regression also allows you to travel to your future and ‘plant’ your goals, so that your unconscious programming is automatically motivated to take action, creating behaviors that lead you toward that outcome. 


Facts About Hypnosis:

Hypnosis allows people to take control of their lives and create change that is positive and enduring.

Hypnosis feels wonderful!  It is a very pleasant and relaxing state of trance combined with increased awareness.

Anyone with reasonable intelligence, an imagination, or who is motivated to change, can be hypnotized.

You will be able to hear every word the hypnotist says.  You are in a state of hyper-sensitivity.  All of your senses are enhanced.

Hypnosis is not a ‘truth serum’….you will not reveal any of your deep, dark secrets.

You will not do anything against your will or against your morals under hypnosis.  You would either reject the suggestion or come out of hypnosis.

You are in control at all times….you cannot go into hypnosis unless you allow yourself to do so.  A hypnotist cannot make you cluck like a chicken! That is stage-entertainment. Nothing happens without your are in absolute control.  Yet you will be very relaxed.

You will remember what happens during the session, and you will hear the hypnotists voice…all background sounds will seem to fade into the distance.

Any intelligent person with an imagination, or a desire to change, can go into hypnosis. 

Have you ever been ‘daydreaming’ while driving, perhaps missed your exit?  This is a form if ‘light’ hypnosis.

You have a responsibility in hypnosis: to follow the hypnotists suggestions.  Such as ‘close your eyes, and relax’

You have second responsibility in hypnosis: to allow yourself to go into a deep hypnotic trance.

Your third responsibility in hypnosis, is to have a positive attitude.  Tell yourself I LIKE those suggestions. Instead of I HOPE they work, say I KNOW they work.  Be POSITIVE and you will receive the best results!
